Great place to stay in Orlando. Friendly staff and plenty to do without leaving the facilities. Plenty of places to eat within 10 minutes of place. Also close proximity to parks. The units are updated, clean and comfortable

We have stayed at this resort 6 times over the past years and always love it. We keep coming back because the pool is excellent, large and heated. We also like the bar/restaurant that is attached to the pool. The rooms are very nice. Great shower and bed. And the staff is wonderful.

Honeymoon Visit

We came for our honeymoon on RCI points that were gifted to us. Overall the resort itself is very nice. A couple pools and we found there was always ample space if we wanted to go to the pool and relax. The room (we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom) was spacious, loved having the kitchen and it was a quiet unit. We were not in a renovated one so the finishings were a little dated but they worked for us. Super close to Disney and we were able to drive to anything we could need relatively easily. Staff was helpful at the front desk. We got a temporary parking pass on check-in and then we’re told we had to go to guest services for our actual parking pass in the morning.... and this is where they get you with the timeshare presentation. Patty was who we dealt with at the guest services desk and she was very lovely. Our timeshare presentation however was anything but! We were told right off the bat that he was not there to give us information, that we could find that in a brochure. We stated we wanted to know specifics and see the breakdown cost wise before we would be able to even think about buying. Once we got through the information (was much longer than the 60-90 minutes advertised) and got the breakdown, we decided it wasn’t for us and then both the sales guys and the financial guy got very rude! Basically said we wasted their time, they said how could we commit to our marriage if we couldn’t commit to a timeshare, very pushy and rude in a personal way. Overall, the resort itself has been great, but dealing with the timeshare presentation definitely left us looking at this resort differently
