This is the preferred hotel for my business when visiting our corporate office in Weston and I've never been disappointed. We're always treated with the upmost courtesy. Upon my arrival home from my last business trip, I 'thought' I'd misplaced a very precious piece of jewelry. I immediately called the hotel and spoke to JOSHUA at the front desk. He was patient, thorough, detailed with his questions, and the sincerity in his voice truly calmed my nerves. He called me about 4 times over the weekend to give updates on if the piece had been found, what they'd done, etc... His communication was spot on! In the end, I found my missing piece of jewelry which was such a personal relief. When I called JOSHUA to tell him to call off the search, the sincerity in his voice and the pure joy he conveyed in hearing this news spoke volumes! He was going to see this through for me as a guest and that's the kind of service I ALWAYS receive at The Bonaventure!
